There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1994-04-22 House Journal Page 3684 HB 254 Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 254(JUD) am(ct rule fld), thus adopting SCS CSHB 254(RLS) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 254(JUD) am(ct rule fld)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate and respectfully request it to recede. In the event the Senate fails to recede from its amendment, the Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the Senate to consider the above bills: Representative Vezey, Chair Representative MacLean Representative Mackie
